Oral & Poster Presentation

 

• Oral Presentations:  Refer to the program for the location (room number) of your session. Bring your presentation files on a USB memory stick for loading onto the computer no later than the morning of or during the refreshment or lunch break prior to the start of your session. If you prefer to use your own laptop, please allow plenty of time to make sure that your presentation will run properly.

 

• Poster Presentations: Posters can be set up early on Thursday Aug. 27, 2020. Location: Regency Ballroom, Lord Nelson Hotel.

Posters can be set up as early as noon on Thursday August 18, 2022.  Posters will be located in Regency Ballroom in the Lord Nelson hotel. Please plan to stand by your posters at the Poster Session on Friday, August 19, from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.  Please note your poster number when made available. Posters will have to be taken down by Saturday August 20, 8:30 AM.

POSTER SIZE: the poster boards themselves are 3.5 ft wide (106 cm) by 4 ft long (122 cm) and we will accept posters as long as they fit and are visible (real poster size no more than 36 inches wide x 46 inches  long).
