Registration Cancellation and Refund policy
Cancellations and refund requests for registration, banquets and tours must be submitted by email to Treasurer by July 15, 2022. Cancellations made by this deadline will receive a full refund, less a $70.00 administration fee. Cancellations made after July 15, 2022, will not receive a refund. No refund requests will be granted for no-shows. Delegate substitutions are not permitted.
Withdrawals: Requests to withdraw an abstract must be made by e-mail to Secretary by July 15, 2022. All accepted abstracts will be published unless the abstract is officially withdrawn by this date.

 

Early bird registration deadline is June 30, 2022
FINAL deadline for all registrations (full, day and tour registrations) is July 15, 2022

Registration and Pre-Conference Tour

Full Conference Registration Fees include:  All symposia, all refreshment breaks, Thursday social mixer in the Admiral Room (6:00 – 8:00 PM), poster sessions (Friday, 5:00 – 6:30 PM), Friday and Saturday breakfast, and lunch, abstracts fees, and Friday evening banquet (7:00 – 11:00 PM) at the Imperial Ballroom.

Day Registration Rates

Day rate price does NOT include the banquet, which may be purchased separately ($75per person). Depending upon the day, day registration includes any symposia scheduled for that day, Thursday social mixer, Friday or Saturday lunch, and poster session, all refreshment breaks each day. Abstract fees are also included in your day registration fees. There are a LIMITED NUMBER OF DAY REGISTRATIONS--REGISTER EARLY!

  • $150.00 for CSHS student members; $200 for non-CSHS students. Note: special student group rates are available for 15 or more. Check with the organizers.

  • $250 for regular CSHS members; $350 for non-CSHS members..

Pre-Conference Tour (Optional Registrations): An optional registration is offered for a pre-conference tour in the Annapolis Valley. The tour will showcase grape production, vineyards and organic production facilities.

Pre-conference tour fees: $75 (student) and $80 (member & non-member) per person, includes box lunch. Deadline for registration:  July 15, 2022 or until the bus is full.
